Refunds:

• Refunds are handled by the garden owners. ShaadiGarden only facilitates bookings.

• If you paid via UPI/Bank transfer, contact the garden for a refund.

Cancellation:

• Cancellation policies depend on the garden owner.

• ShaadiSystem recommends confirming policies before booking.

Booking Disputes:

• Any disputes regarding booking, cancellation, or payment should be resolved directly with the garden owner.

• ShaadiSystem can assist as a mediator but cannot guarantee resolution.
